Since 2010 we have created one-of-a-kind pieces for clients based all over the globe. The process is simple and transparent, every consultation and each design created for you is complimentary. All of our jewellery is consciously crafted, find out more about that here.
The process begins by discussing your initial ideas or requirements, this can be done by email, over the phone, via Zoom, or by visiting our London studio. Book your consultation here.
After receiving all the necessary information we can start illustrating designs for you, depending on the brief this usually takes 1-2 weeks.
As sourcing specialists we are able to find unique diamond and gemstone options based on your requirements.
Once you are happy with the design and/or the gemstones are selected a 50% deposit will be required to begin crafting. The bespoke making lead-time is 9 to 11 weeks. All work is undertaken by us in our London studio and we are very happy to supply imagery of the piece being made, please request this at the beginning of the commission.
When completed we will provide you with a video and images of the final piece. Once the final 50% balance is received your special piece will safely shipped to you or you can arrange to collect it in person.
